Oi David (Exploroz Team),

What's this profile update thingy on the toolbar? Have you got more surprises for us? Early Chrissy pressies?

Guys with error please send me another copy of the error as I tested this code yesterday and it worked perfectly. Please try again and send me the errors you get to david@exploroz.com - also include the from and to address and your member number. If the system is having a problem I can at least get the update done.

Ray's

I found the problem your email profile was deleted - hence you would not have been receiving newsletters and the like (Do not delete your email profile using the LHS box and del - I will try to work around this later). I have added you to the maillist again - Click on the link in the email that the system sent - once this is complete then change your email address, it will work fine.

If not send me the new errors you receive. If there are other members out there that get this type of error or if you want to be sure your account is 100% then simply enter your name and email address in the LHS option box called MailList and hit Add - If you are already setup then nothing will happen if there is an error you will be sent an email requesting validation. Validate by clicking on the email. I will try to auto address this in the next few weeks.

Ray,

It worked as I added your account back on the maillist - you have now validated this and I can see your new email address. As said I will attend to this error soon.

The member account and maillist are seperate databases (pain in the a. but goes back to the early coding) so I have to try to manage a relationship between these for members - however you can accidently delete your email profile (Maillist record) and still operate as a member. I will get it sorted.

Willem,

Not blind only comes up for visitors as the system already knows what state of Aust you live in, so we do not need to ask. Visitor accounts we do not know so we are simply asking them to enter it. Have a good one.

Profile update is for visitors only as we do not know the state (I mean the location state not the mental state) of visitor accounts. Members will not see this message as we already know where you live via your members profile.

Why do we want to know - well we are working on some state based comps and information pages on the site in the next few years so we would prefer to be able to selectivly send information more related & targeted to where you are.
