Mate, you'll find that you have heaps more time than money. The world is your oyster. Explore, read, do a course, find a hobby you always wanted to take up, go skydiving in Napal but whatever you do, JUST DO IT.

Take the lovely lady travelling? Offer to cook the dinner? Don't keep asking her "come and help me with this/hold this etc" when she is busy with her daily routine unless you have helped her first. Suggest that you do the housework and
cooking so she can go out and join a group for her favourite hobby, take a job, or whatever she wants to do.
Don't let her read this post or hose may be used some more! Most of all, enjoy your retirement.
