Has any one purchased and is using an ICom HF Transceiver, with a AT 230 antenna.
I would like to know how it performs?
Is there a better price around than $4000 inc AT 230?

Did you just win Lotto?? What are you looking for in a HF land transceiver??
I assume occasional log on to VKS737..maybe the odd Radtel phone call..selcall mates to
check if they're on channel.
Granted the F7000 is loaded with all the fruit- but is it an overkill??

Indeed - and you need to do a short night course to learn all the functions and then use them daily, forever, so as you don't forget.

G'day
I would look at a Codan NGT for similiar money including autotune and installation. The NGT handpiece is quite small and much of its functionality is pre programmed by a good installer.

Paul
