OK, the easiest way as far as I am concerned is as follows:

You need two browser windows open. One for Exploroz and one for wherever (in this case photobucket) you store your images on the web.

In photobucket, left click once on the box marked TAG beside the image you want. This should highlight the line.

Go to Edit at top of browser screen and click COPY.

Go to your browser window with Exploroz (either Submit Post or Submit Follow-up).

Go to Edit at top of browser screen and click PASTE

You should end up with a line as follows



Then submit your post
