I have a Land Cruiser 100 series, am I better off getting a Toyota Duel Battery System that was made for the LC100.. or is there a better "other brand" system that fits the LC100? and is there much of a saving.............and a Merry Christmas and a Safe New Year to you all.

Need to first work out exactly what you want it to do, then compare the options / prices and a winner will appear.

Many systems work, just because its Toyota doesn't mean it is better than any other

Check out ABR. and contact Derek. He put a system in my 100 series, and are more than happy. He also sells DIY systems.
Cheers

If live in Brisbane I recommend talking to Rory at Coopers plains Auto Electrics. I just had 3rd battery set up put in my Cruiser (Turbo diesel). This guy does quite a but of 4wd stuff and price was very good and does very neat job.

If you know the difference between the black and red terminals, do it yourself, you'll save heaps and at least you'll know how to fix it if it ever goes wrong out bush...
