Is it open all the way from Goolwa now? Planning school holiday entertainment. And can you still fish there? Not been there for a while now as it always seems to be closed.

Last I heard it was open from Goolwa to the mouth.

Might catch a few blind mullet.

Used to be a good spot to lure for a few salmon trout. Oh well the drive will entertain the kids. The beach is usually firm. I took my mazda 808 there once.

Visited the Mouth on Monday 12th. Dredges still working the channels. There appeared to be limited (boat) access around the work sites. I believe that the Govt. and contractors have agreed to allow recreational boaties to navigate 'to and fro' subject to speed limits and navigational (related) restrictions.
