Been trying to make up my mind about new suspension for my IFS Hilux. Got prices and details from ARB, TJM, Ironman, Rancho, Procomp, and a place in Frankston (Vic) for Ride Pro. The Ride Pro quote seems good. Springs have military wrap, greasable shackles, U bolts, bushes, torsion bars, steering damper and Ride Pro gas shocks.
Anyone got comments, experience, advice?
Also want a long range tank.

I'd put ride pro in the same class as ironman and pedders.
stick with ARB TJM or EFS.

why stick with ARB, TJM and EFS? cause they make all their own gear stuff....?? Most of their gear is prob sourced from the other 3 you mentioned...

At least if you stick with the top brands you get a reasonable product for your money the other three are garbage!!!

Have to disagree! Ridepro are imported b ATECO and are a big US brand. Their gear may be made elsewhere but is pretty good. Had mine for 12 months on the GU and it is great. I think you'll also hear a few very good things about Ironman now.

Twinkles I'm looking at doing the same thing to my lux as soon as i can afford it, let us all know what you decide to do in the end. I'm lost with suspension at the moment, I had Old man emu on the 80 series and it was great, however prices seem to have gorne up over the last 4-5 years.

Hi Friar,
Did you put greasable shackles, polyurethane bushes and new U bolts as well? Did you do the work yourself?

Twinkles
The spring works fitted the springs, rubber bushes, non greasible,I bought the shockys, seperate, & fitted them myself. From memory the springs were about $350 fitted & shockys around $600.Wound the front up myself,a bit of trial & error.
