For those that are having problems wit image posting here are some examples:

Now some local and maybe easier to read URLS without the %20 stuff (PS: %20 is just a converted SPACE character):

So in a nut shell if you have the url reference from the internet such as
http://www.exploroz.com/images/web_logo.gif all you nned to do is put it inside of this:
<img src="_____the url______">
