Haven't been that way for a few years, wondering if there is still a ferry across north of Noosa, also if the caravan park is still there - used to be a family run business with various family members running either the caravan park, the motel area, the pub etc?

Like Mark said above, The c/park is still there as
well as the ferry, pub ect. You will probably find them full this time of year though, if that is the case try "Johns Landing". It is on the southern bank of the
Noosa River they are in the phone book and although they too will be busy you can generally find a
camp on their property somewhere. The only thing I will say about johns landing is that it can be roudy this time of year.
Hope this helps Trevor.

Don't fill up with diesel at the
Shell in
Tewantin. I put in 35l in my tank which normally fits 32l only a few weeks ago!!

It's
my home town, it's still more or less as you remember it although getting very busy at this time of year. They have two ferries operating across the
noosa river when its busy. The caravan park and pub are still there.
As regards the
shell servo at
Tewantin, I do not use it very often as its always crowded with 4wd's re inflating their tyres after coming off
the beach.
