Does anybody know if the GU Patrol is marketed in America?
Or is it sold as a Ford?

I was there a while back. Not that I was shopping there for a vehicle, but I saw no GUs and no Land Cruisers. There were a few Hilux's on the road, mostly heavily modified.

BTW. All of the Hummers I saw were bright yellow! Go figure.

I sent one final shout after him to stick to the track, to which he replied “All right,” That was the last ever seen of Gibson - E Giles 23 April 1874

I guess it's because they want them to stand out in a crowd :-)

Gooday,
Think you will find your favourite Patrol is called a (Frotier) in the US, is another which is the Titan, think this is the Patrol on steroids with V8.
Toyota call their Hi Lux equivalent Tacoma, have had V6 in 'em for several years, then they have a big Momma called TUNDRA with V8 in it, also on steroids.
Just came back from Hawaii for a week last night.

They have lots that we never see here, Honda Pilot big SUV, Honda Element, smaller than CRV box shaped, Nissan Murano which they have had for years will arrive here soon to compete with RX330 Toyo + others, they have a Nissan people mover like Chrysler Voyager called Quest, ripper looker.
Drove the new WJ jeep whist there, Laredo comes with V6 std or the two V8's as option, only available with 4.7 or 5.7 V8 in the Grand, diesel not available, only in the Liberty, (Cherokee here).
Have US brochure if anybody wants specs on Jeep Grand.
Cheers Boroma 604.

Navara is the Frontier. The Titan has IFS not the live front axel like the Patrol.
