Hi gang

I have just fitted new pacemaker extractors to my 95 troopy , as we r planing a trip around oz new year and will be towing a caravan .
hoping to get a little bit more power , especially up hill , My question is i have left the old muffler system on ( original ) is this the best way to go or should i , hang the expence and put new 21/2 " system on

thanks bob

yeah bob throw that stock system on the tip.........fit the 2 and a half
and wind the pump up a little .......put it on the dyno and wind the pump as you go to get the best out of it......

Bob. If you don't fit the 2.5" system then you are not capitalising on any advantages gained by fitting the extractors. Definitely do the exhaust system but leave the pump alone!

thanks dereck and mudgutz

I have heard if i fit the 2.5" system that they r a little bit noisey is this true and if so how can i get around that , towing a van with a noisey muffler does't sound like fun

thanks
