OK, what is the secret? I've tried multiple times to contact Trucksprings in the USA to buy some Polyairs, but they just don't answer email messages left via their website. Many 4wders on this site seem to have had success in buying from them.

While we are talking about Trucksprings - has anyone tried the Timbren no air helper springs they also advertise? If so. how would they compare with Polyairs?

Always assuming you can get them to answer their emails so you can buy from them.

Thanks Darryl. I'll do that. But don't understand why they don't answer emails.

Just a thought, but maybe your emails are getting caught up in their spamfilter

That's a thought Gajm. I can't see why, but it could explain why some people seem to have no trouble getting through to them and it appears that I am not alone in not being able to get an email response.

I also have the same problem with emailing them and it makes me a bit worried when they don't even bother to reply.
can i ask:
How did you pay, credit card over the phone? Are they as good as polyairs? how much did you pay and when, if you don't mind and last but not least what's thier phone number.

Hi,
I had the same problem: no one replied, so I rang. The guy on the phone was very helpful but had no idea. I asked for a pair of Polyairs for a Nissan GU, but the guy has never heard of a "Nissssan". I directed him to the Australian Nissan home page to look at the beast but he still wasn't capable of helping. Any subsequent emails went unanswered. I have given up!!!!

They sell Coilrites not Polyairs, may have confused him a bit.
Anyway for a GU Patrol you want P/N CR4129
Or if you have a 50mm ( 2") lift you want P/N CR4129(R2)

Mark,

I too am interested in Coilrites, and have a 50mm lift (ARB) in a ute, but am conerned that the stuff they are selling you is suited to wagons, and not utes. Obviously my ute carries a lot more wieght than your wagon. Do they also do utes?

They do not seem to know about our vehicles at all?

Any help will be appreciated,

Andrew

Hi Trolute,

It appears that the Coil Rites are only meant for the wagons.
They have another product called a Bag Boy that seems to replace the rear coil or a product called Ride Rite if you have leaf springs.

Have a look at the following link for part numbers etc.

Application
