Can anyone provide information on the size of the spanner or where to purchase the spanner ( other than genuine Toyota) required to undo the wheel bearing nuts on my 2002 Toyota Hilux Dualcab 4X4.
Regards
Paul

You can just tap
the nut round using a cold chisel, you'll damage
the nut slightly but it's a common practice.

actually I am but it had nothing to do with me going back down the great central oad at 9.00pm and fishing a bearing and nut out of the sand cleanng it with water and crc , lubricating it with diff oil before replacing it and tightening it with a hammer and big (big) screwdriver and jamming my smallest screwdriver into it as a locknut and limping my camper back to
yulara from docker river after nearly loosing a wheel. Foot note : coz it was a yota it was fixed by 2..pm the next day at
yulara motors

You might want to enquire as to the cost from Toyota as it may be less than you think.
Quite a few of the bigger auto parts
places carry a non genuine one too.
