Hi,

Hopefully a simple answer after watching the folder creation tutorial several times :-)

I can create a top level folder and add a sub folder to it with items in that folder.

If I want to add another subfolder with items to the top level folder I type in the top level folder name and it replaces the folder in it ?

Ie

THIS IS THE TOP LEVEL FOLDER (TOP1)
This is a sub folder within it (SUB1)
And Items in that folder (ITEM1)

THIS IS TOP LEVEL FOLDER 2 (TOP2)
This has items in it(ITEM2)

If I try to add TOP2 to TOP1 by selectinf the folders and typing in TOP1 older name so it becomes SUB2 - SUB1 gets removed to a TOP level Folder ?

OR:

STATES
QLD
BrisbaneLocation

NT
NT Location

If I try put the NT into STATES and type in STATES as the folder name QLD gets removed ?

Confusing

Don't you hate that when you work it out by trial and error!!!!

To add FOLDER to a FOLDER
======================
1. Select the Group folder image (Don't select what you want to put in it!)
2. Type in the Group older name (Destination folder) and press enter (This will show you all the current sub folders within you can remove if needed)
3. Select folder (s) you want to add and hit tick!!

Easy when ya know how !!
