Thetford N41.41 3 way fridge

Has anyone had any experience with these fridges, I had an error code 3 (faulty thermistor) so I replaced the thermistor and still the error code 3 remained, the problem was eventually found to be an empty gas bottle, I filled the gas bottle and error code 3 disappeared, I now have error code 6 ( fridge door open ) which is not correct,
Could any of our members have any suggestions for me please.

According to the manual I found online, error code 3 indicates "gas bottle is empty" and error code 6 indicates the compressor is not running due to lack of 12V possibly due to 12V fuse or similar.

Thanks , Looks like I may be looking at the wrong Fridge manual which has different error codes.
