Level Post Bay PAR in the
Places section states "The
Level Post Bay PAR is closed and has been for some years. It remains closed with no intention of reopening. The only vehicular access to the shore of Lake Eyre is at
Halligan Bay which is 4WD only." but I just checked SA's Outback Roads Warnings and it states "PAR Number 2
Level Post Bay (Open, Caution at damp areas)" Which is correct?

Should be fixed now. I put in a link to SA Outback Rds. Between them and SA Parks it's all we ExOzers have unless a local can update. And that's the trouble with comments in
Places in that they can become outdated. Live links if available are the way to go. It has been a long multi year saga re access to the Lake. The LEYC has some points about SA road closures here. Not for the fainthearted.
