Download error Auto sync

Hi, I keep getting a message in a red rectangle saying auto sync failed. Check settings. Can somebody help me with that I can’t send to get rid of it please

Try this,
Swipe the app closed and any other app you have open, clear your devices cache & reboot it. Good for your device at the very least. Then if the problem persists, in the App go to Settings , Data Manager and reduce the page sizes you are trying to sync.

Hi, I didn’t quite understand it, so I downloaded all the places, treks, meds files which I hadn’t done and that fixed it
