We live in the
New England of NSW, and we still use coal in our heater in the lounge room, as it was designed for coal back in the 1920's. I have a couple of ton left of coal from being able to get it from The Hunter Valley years ago, although I cannot get it anymore. It is not kosha to use it today due to environmental reasons, but it is very warm, in extremely cold weather like we get here. We will miss it. in 3 years time when we run out.. I really like your write up, did nt know about
Stockton Lake, so will keep that in mind when next over there.

The reason we still have trees and forests is due to coal,
Whilst we import blades for wind turbines, the ship returns to China with our coal.
We need to open our eyes, Energy Australia is owned by CLP, (China light and power) who are currently building
