Howdy all,

For some reason when im on a trip my maps aren't leaving a snail trail. I have it set to snail trail in settings but my trip leaves no line as I go.

Appreciate any advice.

Is it possible that its just the colour of your snail trail thats causing issues.. it can be difficult to see at times. I found "maroon" works best.

If the trail is not showing on the map have a look in the Map Layers tool and scroll down and ensure Snail Trail is turned on.

What device and Operating System are you using?
Does it have a GPS?
Is the satellite symbol in the top left corner of the map screen green?
Do you have Offline Maps selected? For when you have no internet signal.

Thanks mate. I use a Samsung Galaxy tablet in the car. It tracks fine across the map.. so no GPS issues.. just no snail trail.

I have the offline maps selected and they work fine.

Still no snail trail unfortunately...

Gene

Clear your tablets cache & then reboot it.

I have never had a reason to use Snail Trail. So, I just tried it on my Samsung Tablet, and it worked fine. If TrevorDavid advice doesn't work, as a last resort delete the App and completely re-install. I know a pain having to download everything again.
