Why not a 'relatively cheap slide if you need one and use a folding step to access the fridge. $800 is one hell of a cost for solving a simple problem.
Alternatively:
The folding step can store at the rear of the fridge, just inside the tailgate/door. If a rear door vehicle, you didn't say, your close to the fridge and not 1/2 a tailgate away.
Some people have a fridge on a ply board with edges captured in a ply channel sides and the whole thing slides out on Laminex strips which provide low friction for the loaded fridge. Replace strips when/if worn out.
I wouldn't pay $200 for the first one on the page as it is simply added weight although aluminium.
A lot of drawer systems and fridge slides use up valuable load carrying capacity as they might hold up a bloke in the drawer or on the slide but the weight!
