Hi all, I have a set of jumper leads 1000AMP 2AWG and i want to put a set of Anderson plugs near one end as the battery's in my canopy are not easily assessable, and put a dedicated Anderson plug of the 2 canopy battery's. SSB 120amp/1000cc. What size plug would be the best 175 or 350amp. Thanks Matt

175 is all you need as 2 B&S is only rated to 150 amps continious from memory, may vary a bit from brand to brand.
You need to be built like Arnie Schwarzenegger to use 350 amp ones.

The Anderson plug ratings are continuous. I happily run a large winch via 350A Andersons. The winch can draw 600A at stall, but like your jumper leads, it only uses that level of power for a few seconds at a time, so I reckon the smaller plug will be plenty.
