Is it possible to download an earlier version of
EOTopo, 2019, to my PC or Mobile phone ?
I did originally pay for the earlier versions.
How can I download an earlier version from Exploroz ?

You can download various EOTopp 2019 map products from this page (if you have a valid license to do so)
EOTopo Map page .
Scroll down to "ECW & OZF Raster Download"
These are all raster images so you will need a suitable program (eg V6 Traveller app, OziExplorer) to view.
