G'day mates,
not sure if i can install a "normal" winch (like this @ BCF 12000bs 500 bucks) in my bullbar.
It seems that there are mounting points, but as i said not sure....
Can you have a look @ the pictures and tell me your suggestion.
I don't wanna visit a car mechanics or electrics.
I think if its possible with this bullbar I'll do it on a
campground with help of another mate.

That’s a winch bar, no doubt. It looks to be a ‘feet down’ winch mount also, meaning as the winch comes out of the box, that is the way it orientates in the bar.
Just inside the fairlead mount you now need to see some horizontal plate work with 4 holes, evenly spaced which line up with the holes in the feet of the winch. If not, it will be missing the mounting cradle. Isuzu may still have them as spare parts or you’ll have to get one welded up to suit.
Also, being not quite new, the normal size for
winches when RC d maxs were current stock was an 8500lb winch. Some of the 12000’s will squeeze in, some won’t.

That does not appear to be a genuine Isuzu bull bar, more like a TJM or possably ARB, so you would be best to ask one of their outlets. It does appear to be a winch compatable bar, but may require a fitting kit from the original bar manufacturer.
Have fun

Thanks mates
I have unscrewed the cover.
There I found the mounting holes for the winch.
The four holes have the distance of:
25,5cmx11,5cm approximately.
Now I just have to find out if they match the winch.
Then find a store (direction
Broome) where I get the winch and ready.
