traveller update - not working?

G'day all, just trying to update my system & "login
check failed" shows, I checked in & user account says I am logged in, what can I do now to update? thanks... also how do I setup to record the rest of my trip to save? thanks again. (as an 80 year old I notice now it takes me an hour & half to watch 60 minutes!)

Make sure your password and email address both match on the exploroz site and the traveller app.

thanks, app. won't let me log off, even after re booting tablet , app is still showing me as logged on

Are you using exactly the same account to log into Traveller as you use here on the
forum? Correct spelling? No typos? Password correct?

Thanks, yes, exactly the same as it shows in "my account" but it won't let me log off to re enter..
