Vic Traffic website seems to give it the OK, with some slow sections.
Cheers

This is a main (albeit gravel) road and accordingly VIcroads should be able to tell you if it is open. There is no reason that it is closed, although lately there has been a lot of heavy winds and in the last few days some snow, but not enough snow to close it I expect.

As mentioned above it's a gravel road. There has some windy sections that can be rather corrugated & a bit narrow. Quite a lot of log & cattle truck use it so be extra careful on these sections.

Yes open and in good condition. Towed our Van over it Sth- Nth a week ago. Log trucks call on ch 40 every few kms - very helpful for the narrow sections.
