I live in The Netherlands and want to buy a Tommy Camper. As It is difficult to contact them I look voor people who have experience in doing business with of late.

If you go to Tommy Campers Facebook page it appears they have an owners group that can be joined, maybe try joining that somehow to get the
feedback you want.
