Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone knows a supplier in OZ for something like this:

Thomas Payne RV Jackknife Sofa - 62" Wide - Poise Dark Chocolate.

They are made in the USA and would be perfect to be attached to my single long drawer in my VW van.
Thanks! :)

There's a mob in Clontarf Qld that make made to measure innerspring mattresses. Don't know if they'd be able to help you?

Paula - You can buy the Thomas Payne RV Jacknife Sofa off Amazon, delivered to Australia for US$831.

Amazon - Thomas Payne RV Jacknife sofa

The other alternative is one of the Chinese-built sofa beds, as sold by furniture stores - or go see a local furniture manufacturer, and show him the photos of the Thomas Payne sofa, and ask if they can supply something similar.

Cheers, Ron.

Scour all the opp shops for a foldout sofa and use the mechanics off it to fit your Vw
They were all the rage in the 60-70's
I had one in the back of my Don Caravan that was a conversion using a fold out sofa.

Before you buy one have a look at this video how to make a pull out bed, very simple and there are loads of other similar videos, a lot cheaper and more customisable than a bought one.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vyEsySXJfxM&feature=share
