Hi,
I'm trying to re-enable by tracker, for some reason I've inadvertently disabled it.
Screen shot of message Im getting
I need my 'tracker device ID' , sorry, I just cannot figure out what this is, I've tried my account password, my PC password, my device ID.
Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried
Account/Edit account. Scroll to the bottom to the last line, "Security key" Click the eye next to it to see the key.

Yes that was the first one I tried, I just tried it again but no joy.
I'll keep scratching my head.

Mine is the same, it worked when I first started it then next time that message came up and I know I did not set any password to activate it. (still locked out ! )

The key initially by default is your normal exploroz password.

Just opened the APP on the IPAD and that password screen is now gone
