Has anyone ever needed to use the online chat facility? We've been trying to get a response for two days with no luck.

Never had to use it, Dot, but would be surprised if you’ll get a response as David, Michelle & family are on a
well deserved journey.
Depending on your request, one of the moderators might be able to assist?

It is actually tagged "Help Live Chat - Message" and that facility is currently showing the message at the page top..... "Online Support is currently not available. Please leave a message."
As Bob said, David & Michelle are away on holidays. We are currently on autopilot.

Does any one else feel the urge to misbehave while "Mum and Dad" aren't
home?
From her earlier post it looks like they are up to mischief LOL
Cheers

I also have the same problem.
Just purchased EOTrackMe, when I try to down load it to my laptop I get the following message "Application download did not succeed.
Check your network connection, or contact your system administrator or network service provider"
Nothing wrong with my network connection.
I'm going away on Saturday, 20th, for 2 months.
Looks like I will not be able down load my track progress,
Grrrrr.

Hey George
When that happens, I just turn the computer right off, then start it again. So often this gets rid of the little glitches that hamper downloads.
Maybe you have already tried this.
Cheers
