Hi all,
I am new to this
forum, so bear with me.
I will be travelling from
Winton to
Boulia next month, and would like to know if petrol is available at Middleton.

There was none there when I passed through 15 years go.
Petrol Spy indicates the situation has not changed. I suggest you keep tabs on that web site, It is usable Oz wide. It is user maintained and thus fairly accurate. You can access it on phone or computer. If you use it then please update it if the prices have changed since the last update or are more than a week old (you will note the last update is after your main fuel price.)
Have a play with it.

Don’t think Lester has any fuel at Middleton these days, neither ULP or diesel.
You could ring and ask him: 07 46573 980
Only 361kms according to Hema, but I thought it was 364? If your vehicle is a bit thirsty, I could give you a 10L plastic drum in
Winton, that might get you to
Boulia safely?

Anyone travelling out there and can not make 450 km on a tank should be carrying a little extra fuel.

Did it last year in a very thirsty petrol Navara. Generally no petrol for sale in Middleton, but he was prepared to fill a jerry can from his own supply if I was desperate. I had a couple jerry cans full just in case anyway, so didn't take him up on the offer. Got into
Boulia on fumes, but didn't need my jerries. Fill your tanks in
Winton, have a jerry in case, and you'll be right.
