Where have all the Lady Exploroz Forumites gone!?

They are being quite quiet.

It is quiet now, don't you think? Quite a change from yesteryear!

I drop in about once a week. All it needs these days.

To answer your question, yes I do cook, navigate, set up camp, sort out my rooftop tent, and sleep on my own.

Right now , today , this very minute , there are over 800 of them in Barcaldine , yakaty yaking , complaining that its to cold at night , to hot during the day , why is the swimming pool closed ? Why is the Meat in IGA from the butcher next door ? Why is the bottle of Chardy not the same price here as I get at Dan Murphys in Sydney ... Why can't I use my 4c a litre Woolworths voucher ....Ohh look look Jan , they only have 2 sorts of yogurt at the supermarket and its dearer than I get at home ......

Roz is too busy changing the oil in the Troopy and says that she has more important things to do than fool around here on the EO forum!!!

Granted, I don't actually travel around Oz much. But that happens when you live on another continent. :)

However, just yesterday I paid for my 4WD hire. I've already paid for most of the rest of the trip. So I will be there this winter and early spring.

I only look in from time to time. I like to see what’s happening around the place...but don’t always comment.
