Sorry but don't have that one but do have the Navman MY580LMT 5" GPS Unit which I purchased from JB HIFI for $99.00.
I am using it for a 17 day road trip through the UK. I have setup my trips using Google Maps and then use waypoints along the route to plot my direction to my destination by entering the coordinates from the plotted course.
At $99 is is
well worth the money although I can not get it to work with my desktop or laptop running W10 but it does work with my wifes laptop running W10.
I already had a small dash cam so the MY580LMT is all I need.

I have owned a number of Navman units - all of them with so-called "lifetime" map upgrades.
The map updates were a right PITA to do, and install, to the point that I gave up, sold the bloody things and now use a free app on the tablet with free (and user updateable) mapping.
Map updates load via the net direct to the device, and - the major advantage - the tablet can be used as a book reader, a web browser, and email reader, and a host of other things.

Hi Johnat, can I ask the name of the app you're using on your tablet?
Cheers,
Greg
