Cracking cladding on spinifex caravans

I have a 18 month old spinifex caravan and the 3rd lot of cladding is cracking.. its only 4000ks of bitumen road since the 3rd lot was fitted.. I have an air safe hitch and was promised by spinifex caravans that this would fix the problem... 100% guaranteed...
Any one else having this problem

Shouldn't be...thousands without load sharing and we have air bags..

Cracking cladding? Is it aluminium or composite material? can you post images to assist in understanding exactly the issue.

The cracks in the ali cladding [close to edges, suggests that there is an inordinate amount of flexing/movement going on. I am no expert but have not seen cracking such as what you are experiencing. If this problem is an ongoing issue and has occurred previously, then something is very wrong somewhere.

I note good advice already posted on the legal path and who is responsible for what, and that is the right way forward. Go for it!

Your first port of call is the retailer with any complaints about quality etc. If they don't do what's required of them under Australian consumer law then a letter advising that you will take your complaint to your states consumer affairs people may help them.
If they don't respond then carry out that threat.
We did when we had ongoing problems with our van after the retailers old boss ordered me out of his yard.... consumer affairs firstly then an action through the small claims court soon got their attention and that of the maker.
Do not take any notice of their squawking about 12 month warranties etc. A reasonable expectation of life is what is used these days.
