Thanks for the comprehensive write up and, as usual, excellent photos.
It is a while since we spent some time in the Flinders rather than just passing through on the way to or from further north. Your blog has given us some ideas.
And yes, the weather this spring has been somewhat exceptional and I suspect many plans were severely modified or abandoned!

Thanks for that. Yes the weather was crazy and usually September in the Flinders is just "perfect".
We were disappointed, as we had planned to spend our time further north in the Farina/
Beltana area.
As they say, there is always next time.
