Hi all,
I am hoping that someone can help, I have a 1995 GQ 2.8 turbo diesel Patrol, I have an under bonnet compressor I wish to fit (ex air con compressor) has anyone fitted one of these to a patrol? if so could they (if possible) send me some pics of it fitted.

Numerous people have them, but the thing is making the bracket to fit.
I actually had a bracket as a template took it to a guru to make, and he swore blind he would never do another one.
They fit better if you have a body lift, as you need the space. You can fit it under the original alternator..

I have an Endless air (8 cfm air con compressor) fitted to my 1999 GU 4.2 turbo Patrol. They supplied the bracket and compressor. It was simple to fit. I went to Pirtek and picked up the plumbing bits. The receiver fits neatly where a winch would sit.
Brilliant. Cost about $1,200 fully fitted (I had a switch inside for an old ARB job). You can pump up tyres as if you were using a
shop compressor. You won't look back.
Endless air is in Melb somewhere. Try a white / yellow page search.
