Anyone know of a caravan park which has the hire of those pedal carts that we can pedal around the park with
young kids and also must have a great kids play area too. Any thoughts? Regards.

Only 2 real caravan parks of any merit worth mentioning around
Perth are:
Burns Beach, and Karrinyup Waters.
Burns Beach is an older style CP but has natural draw card of being right at
the beach - at the end of a wonderful dual-use (bike/walk) coastal path that follows a ridge of
limestone cliffs above
the beach all the way from Ocean Reef to Burns Beach and this is truely a glorious part of beach to experience. The path terminates at Burns Beach with a wonderful kids public playground and a great cafe and lovely beach and because you can walk to other nearby parks and beaches you can't go wrong for things to do here.
Karrinyup Waters is closer to the city but is nestled in backstreets of suburbia. It has an attractive swamp with resident black swans but no idea about current playground equipment sorry.
Never heard of pedal carts at a CP sorry.

There are Pedal Karts at the
Semaphore CP in SA. They are shown on the Discovery Holiday Parks advert over here. Maybe that is where you have seen them?

Yes there are a few caravan parks here in
Adelaide with carts and I was hoping they were in every capital city

A park we stayed at in
Cairns, I think it was the Big 4, had a heap of them. Kids and a few adults buzzing around the park on them. That was the only one I remember seeing them in.
Being from
Perth, the only park my van stays in here is my back yard.
Maybe a bit of Googling or a ring around.
Cheers
Pop

Hi Everyone,
I have a vague idea that ad's I have seen for "
Perth Central" Caravan Park in Ascot near the Swan river show pedal carts, but I could be wrong.
The "Manager of
Home Affairs" reckons I'm more likely wrong than right most of the time.
I stoutly deny that accusation, but to no avail.
Anyway it appears to be a nice park, never used it myself, but it's close to transport and
Perth City, Burswood Casino too, if that's what you like.
Not my cup of tea though
Disco.

also just curious as to why it might be worth mentioning Burswood casino isnt your cup of tea?
you dont get extra points for not liking gambling especially when you consider
the complex has many entertainment options such as several restaurants, free bands, live theatre, outdoor cinema and more
