We had a charity run for the bikers on Saturday night to
Cow Bay. Just over the
Daintree River. bleep down all night and would expect worse further North. I certainly didn't expect such a wet week in
Cairns. Mate got 15mm on Saturday at Cooya Beach(just Nth of
Port Douglas.

Hi Bigfish, I didn't think these sort of rains happened much at this time. Plus I reckon they'd be a lot of people up there already.
If anyone was doing Frenchman Track (and may be top end of OTT) I reckon they'd be stuck for a while....

One report quoted 2.4m at the pascoe crossing to
Lockhart and Chilli Beach this morning, no in, no out for now.
