Hi Nick
When we head out on the Lindsay Point Road, just out of
Paringa while still in South Australia, there is a large sign says that if you are going to fish in NSW, you will need a fishing licence.
Cheers
Stephen

Once you're in the water you're in NSW. Get a licence.

The Murray starts in NSW and is NSW waters all the way to the South Australian border.
You will need a NSW Fishing license to fish in NSW waters, even if standing on the Victorian bank.
You will not need a license to fish in SA waters.
Renmark is in SA, you will not need a license there, But you will need to know where the SA / NSW border is so you don't creep over the border and fish illegally.
