G'day all, I'm trying to source some suction caps to use to hold insulated screens onto the windows in the back of the wagon. The type I'm after have a clip that fits over the suction cap which secures the screen to the Window
Ebay hasn't been able to assist as I don't know their correct name.
Thanks for your help.

Seem to be like rocking horse poo, Des! :-))
Doesn't appear to be anything at the rear of the sausage sizzle stand, but did find something from a firm in NSW.

Suction Cup Selection
No affiliation with this mob,
I needed to make a sunshade for bottom of windscreen in a truck when heading into afternoon sun. Nothing worse than sweating, in the cab, with aircon going flat out! Cut a
sedan sized one to size, added some eyelets as needed, and used the supplied suction cups, plus a couple off a worn out sunshade. But I get the feeling you might need more than 3 or 4?

I have thought of doing a similar thing using clear sheeting from bunnings. Could possible use the "suction pads SR1691" shown above and use a key ring or something similar to keep the sheeting from pulling through.
You would need a few of them probably about 100mm apart.

Hi Des Lexic
Sounds as though you have screens supplied by solarscreen.com.au or something similar. We have them and when we needed some extra suction caps I contacted them through their web site and had a good number sent out at the one time as, from memory, there was a fixed price postage for one set (of 3 caps I think) or ten sets. Here is the web site:
http://www.solarscreen.com.au/
Hope this is of some help to you.

Find companies that deal in glass craft & leadlighting
home craft type of
places. They have them in two sizes usually. I use them for holding my rear windscreen polycarbonate covers on when towing. $0.80ea Michael

Clark Rubber apparently have more types in stock than are shown on their website, inc those with a threaded stem and knurled nut. If you want these and CR can't help try an aquarium supplies place.
