Comment: How to Settle Muddy Water

Probably need a bit more than Epsom salts. I heard about a shearer's cook who was cheesed off when the only water he had to cook with was a discoloured tank full. He cleared it by dumping a whole box of epsom salts in it...but didn't tell anyone! Caused some problems on the board.
Locally, some years ago, a developer wanted his artificial lake to look more pristine for the opening. He engaged an Ag pilot to spread lime over it to settle it out.
