Comment: Our Anne Beadell adventure

Everyone says 'take it easy on the corrugations' and watch your tyre pressures'. Doesn't really give much information.
I've travelled the Anne Beadell and found that 30 psi on the front and 35psi on the rear gave me a good compromise between comfort and safety. Speed varies, but generally if you can 'get above' or 'float over' the corrugations you will need to be travelling at about 80kph. This will allow good control without shaking the vehicle to pieces by going too slow.
Rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy!
