The 3" exhuast should make a big difference, it did on
mine. What boost do you run the turbo at. We had ours at 10psi and it seemed to be enough power without to much pressure on the engine. We also had an intercooler.

Do not know what boost is current but will put in to have it checked after 3" exhaust is fitted
