Michelle, you will enjoy it when you go. We went in the Yarra Valley a few weeks ago. Really lovely floating with the wind and silent when the burner is off. I had never thought about the radiation of the sound waves going so high in the air with the cattle mooing below...
Enjoy it,
John

I honestly don't know that I will. I am scared of heights when I can see through the floor, or whenever I have that sense of weightlessness. I'm not great on ladders but I do it. I'm not great at climbing trees, but I do it to about 30m no more (eg. climb trees in Pemberton to 90m are too much for me). I definately am not interested in skydiving, but I loved parasailing behind a boat. I would never bungy jump but I love abseiling and rockclimbing. So the fact that the balloon is not tied to a rope to the ground means I am unlucky to let myself do it. Just a big scardy-cat I am ("control freak" some say!! ha ha).
