Hi every one,
just wondering if any one has any info on the Bushpower Digital Inverter Generator?
I have found these on the web
http://www.australiandirect.com.au/shop/power-electrical/inverter-generators/1208
2KVA for $788 after 21% taken off and the 3KVA gennie for$938 after 15%taken off.And both come with a 5 yr warranty.
From what i see they are part of the Mason group at ST Marys in
Sydney.

Most likely one of the many coming out of China at the moment. The only thing I would suggest is that you plug whatever you want to use into it and see if it does the job.

Indeed.
Check the claimed performance carefully, such as continuous KW/KVA rating and the voltage at which this is claimed. Many of these products make claims of continuous power which can only be sustained for a couple of minutes before the voltage falls and then collapses completely if the load is left connected. We have a 1000W (cts rated) unit of another Chinese brand that can't deliver 800W for 5 minutes into a purely resistive load.
It is another area where you get (at best) what you pay for.
