Im after some information regarding GPS co-ordinates,i want too put the co-ordinates of a place for eg
Barn Hill and then put the co-ordinates of another place eg Cape Keraudren and then it will give me the distance between these two
places in kilometers,can this be done.

Straight Line or Driving Directions?
Straight Line can be done here:

Driving Directions easy also click on the Word in your post
Barn Hill and once on the page go to the map tab and select Driving Directions and enter the location and hit Go and it will display the route for you with Driving Directions, Altitude graph etc.
