Just wondering if any body has dealt with Kullkyne Kampers.I place an order on 4th dec and all i got was a auto reply telling me they got my money and will be intouch shortly.ive tried to ring them all i get is a message service telling me to leave msg.
Goods were to be delivered to my work place in Sydney which close on Friday and wont have what ive paid for.

Did you ring them during business hours?
I have been to their retail premises on several occasions, it is a quite big & well stocked store with friendly staff.

I've used them a few times on-line and always had excellent service. Also been to the bricks and mortar shop, and ditto.

I've bought a few things from them and drove past their shop last week and dropped in. Great range.

I bought a swag then a second one, I liked the first one so much. Give them a call they were very responsive for me. Happy customer, no connections etc.

If paid by credit card ask your bank for a reversal of the charge
If paid by direct deposit ask for a bankers reversal
If paid by PayPal immediatley lodge a dispute.

one would assume you are being facetious ?

I've ordered form Kullkyne before - no real problems - prompt service and delivery - a little more pricey than some e-tailers, but local.

I just received a fridge slide I ordered from them, I rang them during business hours and got straight through. Answered all my questions and were very helpful.

Why not just leave it on a public forum affecting a reputable companies business?

Dunno about the OP but I received my second swag today as promised. I am not sure why the OP has problems, I called today to thank then and they simply answered the phone.

Also I forgot to say, When I originally bought my first swag, it had a small problem with one of the zippers being a bit sticky.

Immediately they offered to replace the Swag. - Send it back and they will replace it. I explained that I was going away and was counting on the swag. No problems they said, and sent me a new one express TNT. They said send the old one back when I get back on Monday.

That sold me. They are a great company and fantastic swags.

I now look at their web site first for camping stuff. Again no affiliations.
