I have a Coromal Silhouette camper trailer, 7 years old, and the one electric plate has died and trips the earth leakage switch if I try turning it on.
I am quite confident I could replace it, if I could get it out; unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to remove the cooker top in order to gain access to the fittings underneath. I have removed every screw I can find which hold the top in place, but still no good.
Any suggestions or do I have to tow it to Coromal in Caboolture for this little job?
Any advice welcome.

There is no manufacturer's name visible on the cooktop; it is the original top fitted by Coromal.

I've had a look at
mine and I know it is a Swift, but it has no marking either.
I've looked at the manual that came with it but it doesn't give any info on how to remove the electric element.
Looks like a trip to someone who may know!

Since we have three gas burners, the electric ring is not critical, so I think it can wait until the trailer's next service. thanks for the input.
