We want to travel the road from
Marble Bar to Karijini.
Is it a normal everyday dirt road or is it fraught with danger and deep river crossings etc?

I towed our van through there last year and found the road to be in perfect order. Seems it had just been graded. Nice country to travel through. A couple of creeks on the way but don't remember any dramas as they were concrete causeways from memory.
The roads in Karijini were another thing. They were in the worst condition I have found roads for some time.

Hi BEM,
Do you mean the road that goes between
Newman and
Marble Bar, or the road through Hillside? There is no direct road from
Marble Bar to Karajini.
Cheers,
Val

Yep, great info guys.
The road out of Marble through
Woodstock and lands on The Great Northern Hwy just north of Karijini.
