I am at the end of my tether after spending many many hours trying to get my IPad to get EOTrackMe functioning correctly. Don't know if it is a problem with the IPad or just my lack of knowledge.
Does anyone know where I can send my IPad to get some very computer literate person to programmed it correctly. I expect to pay for the service.
Cheers

Might help to know what part of Qld you are in. I could tell you in
Melbourne but I don't reckon that'd be much good to you. ;-)
Cheers Mick

Thanks Mick and George. Will wait and see what else comes in, maybe I can phone someone and get them to walk me through setting it up again. In the meantime I will brace myself for a run of "two headed" jokes !! Thanks Baz.

Thanks Nutta. The main problem is the IPad will only show the route taken on the small finger nail map and also I now have trouble registering the IPad. Sorry for not being more precise but I am not very computer literate. To me some of the instructions do not apply to my Apple IPad 2. and may as
well have been written in Swahili to me.
Do you have an IPad ?

I've got the ipad 3 with mudmap, haven't played with the hema.
I thought it maybe something simple, I'm on the coast but not sure if I can help.
Is it worth registering up so you can ask for help?

Don't know if this will help, but when I was setting
mine up I found it was important to leave the name of the device exactly as it appears during the registration step. If you change the name, it will not recognise your ipad. I had to delete the device from the "my tracking" page and start again. Good luck. I have set up both iPhone and ipad with no problems, happy to help if I can.

Thanks to all who helped me with my EOTrackMe problem.
It was finally sorted out and was apparently caused by my search engine, Safari, having a problem with EOTracking and that resulted in a situation called "Caching"
Special thanks to Adele at ExplorerOz and Lisa M for their patience.
