Stayed two nights in the
Chiddarcooping Nature Reserve around ANZAC Day 2013.
Assume it is a DEC reserve and not sure if you are meant to
camp there but no signs to say that so we came in from the west and camped down the bottom of a breakaway and it was beautiful. There are no facilities and the tracks are old fire breaks but worth it if you like that sort of thing. We camped then took off the next day along the track/firebreak east to try and get to Chiddarcooping
Hill. Tracks are narrow and overgrown but no serious scratches down the cruiser so all good. Roughish track but nothing major and you get good
views along the way. Didnt find the
hill though...
They bait for wild dogs so we kept her on the lead at all times, especially when walking along
